Mission
The mission of SRW, Inc. is to provide a wide variety of customized training and services across the spectrum of strategic and tactical special operations, in any location world-wide and on-demand, in order to enhance the personal and organizational safety, security, viability and success of our clients and customers.
Principles:
The President of SRW Inc. is Steven R. Watt (Randy), Assistant Chief of Police in Ogden, Lieutenant Colonel and Commander of the 1st Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Gunsite Instructor and internationally respected special operations trainer. He is supported by several assistants who have extensive training and experience in firearms use and dangerous encounters. Instructor bios are available upon request.
Instructors and Trainers
SRW Inc. staff consists of an adjunct cadre of highly trained and experienced trainers and leaders with expertise across a variety of military, police and organizational disciplines. From exceptional firearms training to "high-speed" military and police special operations to operational security to leadership training, we can provide instructors/trainers of the highest caliber. If you request our services we will provide you with the biographies of assigned cadre members.

Given the nature of special operations, risk is ever present for our personnel and our clients. We are committed to always analyzing and evaluating risk and using sound risk mitigation procedures to reduce the risk to its lowest possible levels while still accomplishing the mission. We will risk our peoples’ lives only when necessary and only in a calculated manner.
