Active Shooter Trainer Course (16 Hours)

This course is designed to provide police and military individuals, department trainers, and academy instructors with the most current tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) for interdicting active shooters in a variety of environments. The course utilizes classroom instruction combined with practical exercises and force-on-force scenarios, as well as a study of the mental/physical effects of close-quarters extreme situations. Also presented are the efficacy and effects of various ammunition and firearms for achieving rapid neutralization of threats and for improvised breaching of secured doors.
